Terms & ConditionsShipping Policy: All orders received Monday through Friday will normally be processed and shipped the next business day for in-stock items only. Due to constant fluctuating stock levels, we regret we are not able to update our website to reflect current availability of items. If you have ordered an item that is not in stock, you will be notified by email within two business days of the items on backorder and the expected availability date. All orders and backorders are shipped priority, have tracking, and ship within 3 to 5 business days for US orders and 6 to 14 business days for international orders. Once product has shipped, Babycakes Bikinis is not responsible for the delivery. If you have not received your bikini(s) within the specified business days listed above based on the tracking information, please contact your local USPS or post office for more information. Please note that a sales tax of 8.00% will be charged to all California residences. Exchange Policy: All sales are final. No refunds. In order to exchange the size or style, please contact us at customerservice@babycakesbikinis.com for the information of where to send your exchanges and the exchange process. We will exchange the size or bottom style if we are notified and the items are postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must have tags attached and liners in place. Due to health regulations, bikinis that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. Accepted exchanges will be based on the judgment and the discretion of Babycakes Bikinis. If we receive bikinis that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered, your account will be charged $25.00 and the items returned to you. We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. Please use a trackable shipping method when sending exchanges. Discounted / Bikinis on Sale Only one promo, discount, or checkout code may be used per order. All bikinis that are purchased on sale or with the use of a promo, discount, or checkout code, are final. There are no returns and no exchanges. Damages: Babycakes Bikinis guarantees its bikinis to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from the date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. Babycakes Bikinis are very delicate and experience normal “wear and tear” over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us at customerservice@babycakesbikinis.com within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item with tags and liners in place for the same item at no cost. Please contact Babycakes Bikinis for damages that occur after 30 days for more information. Babycakes Bikinis is only responsible for damages and defects of the bikinis we manufacture. IN NO EVENT SHALL BABYCAKES BIKINIS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL, DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE FROM THIS SITE. Care Instructions: Babycakes Bikinis are designed using the finest fabrics and trims that are extremely delicate in nature. Many of the bikinis are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner in order to keep them looking brand new. While the bikinis can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All bikinis are to be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap. NO WASHER AND NO DRYER (even the delicate cycle can damage the bikini). Do not use Woolite. DO NOT WRING OUT. Lie flat or hang to dry.
